CHEDDAR our cheddar all aged to a minimum 2 months to over a Year. It is consider a Hard cheese. The longer it aged it has a stronger/sharper flavor and aroma. An Aged artisan cheddar is a treat. It can be used with: Crackers, Salad, Spaghetti, Pizza, and sandwiches. It will usually be made as a small about 6” wheel, of about 1lb.
Order can be done per Wheel which is about 1lb, price per oz. is $1.5. add $0.1 per month of aging. Aging is at a minimum 2months. Order can done per oz. as wedge. Cheddar orders are based on availability, if we do not have the exact aging requested- we can try to get the next aging that is available.
