FETA it is a Greek type cheese, one of the world famous cheeses. It is soft, crumbly, rindless, and salty. The cheese can be eaten fresh or can be aged in brine for several months for a more tangy, sharp, taste and develop a distinct aroma. It can be used with: Crackers, Salad, Spaghetti, Pizza(as topping), and sandwiches. When using a Feta in a dish or salad, it can substitute to salt. To reduce saltiness the cheese can be soaked into a Fresh Milk for 6-12hours (if the cheese start to get too soft- it needs to be removed from the milk.)
