Throughout the year we are planning to have cheese tasting and on site visits/tours. We'll also provide some cheese making workshops for members.

The idea of promoting Farm to table, working with the local community, and connecting food with Culture and all done with a very knowledgeable, experience and enthusiastic team of the Chateau is very exciting to us and very much aligned with the Eden approach. It's extremely important to us to find local, family owned ingredient sources that treat the Earth and all its life with respect and kindness. Seeing the love their goats have cultivated for humans, their freedom to roam the land, the perfection and pride that goes into their cheeses and the incredible taste and flavors that come from all these factors made this partnership an easy decision. We'd like to thank Leah Clark, Idaho Preferred Program Manager, and Sarah Mallard President of
ACF Idaho Chefs de Cuisine, Inc. for the invite and the great hospitality. We also like to thank Bella Aquila for the great settings and hosting the event, and Sysco that supported the event.
During this Event, we introduce Eden Creamery, LLC and Goshen Farm to about 30 Chef's and Culinary people from the treasure valley. We also presented our cheeses in this event and got very good feedback- and we are very much appreciated the comments we received both verbal and on the Feedback form.
It was a great experience, and we are looking forward to further our relationship with both Idaho Preferred and ACF.
